Approximate Route of Grand Adventure Air Tour

This tour covers about 135 miles. We will climb from about 3,300 feet above sea level to 9,500 feet above sea level.

The tour begins at the Hurricane Airport. After takeoff we fly South for a few miles and then turn East and fly over the Canaan Mountain Wilderness. Turning North we fly along the East side of Zion National Park, make a U-turn and fly along the South side of Zion and the West side of Zion. From here you can view Hurricane Mesa and Blackridge Wilderness. We then fly across Red Butte Wilderness, turn West and then North and fly along Kolob Canyons. After a U-turn and back along Kolob Canyons we turn Southwest and fly along the East side of Pine Valley Mountain Wilderness. We then descend and fly along the Snow Canyon (Red Mountain Wilderness), make another U-turn and fly along the Cottonwood Canyon Wilderness, across Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir and Sand Mountain. Then back to the Hurricane Airport. The duration of this tour is about 80 to 85 minutes. 

Approximate Route of Zion Air Tour
This tour covers about 70 miles. We will climb from about 3,300 feet above sea level to 9,500 feet above sea level.

This tour begins at the Hurricane Airport. After takeoff we fly South for a few miles and then turn East and fly over the Canaan Mountain Wilderness. Turning North we fly along the East side of Zion National Park, make a U-turn and fly along the South side of Zion and along the West side of Zion. From here you can view Hurricane Mesa and Blackridge Wilderness. We then fly across Red Butte Wilderness, turn West and fly over the Blackridge Wilderness and the I-15 Interstate, turn South and fly back to Hurricane Airport. The duration of this tour is about 35 to 40 minutes.

This tour covers about 60 miles. We will climb from about 3,300 feet above sea level to 9,500 feet above sea level.

This tour begins at the Hurricane Airport. After takeoff we fly North over Hurricane, LaVerkin, and Toquerville cities, over the Blackridge Wilderness, East over Red Butte Wilderness, turn West for a few miles over the Blackridge Wilderness and then turn North and fly along Kolob Canyons. After a U-turn we fly back along Kolob Canyons, then turn Southwest and fly along Pine Valley Mountain Wilderness. Turning East we fly over Cottonwood Canyon Wilderness, over the Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir. Then back to the Hurricane Airport. The duration of this tour is about 30 to 35 minutes.
